About Littafi

Where Literary and Art culture meet

Our story

Out of africa, into the world

The name Littafi comes from the Hausa word for book—a simple, powerful reminder of what sits at the heart of everything we do.

We've been around since 2021, showing our passion for books, movies, and art, while curating thoughtful book and movie reviews, spotlighting emerging and established writers, and building a community of readers who believe in the transformative power of narrative.

Littafi is a literary and art culture interface bridging the gap between publishers and producers of literature and art and African and international audiences.
