Nairobi, Kenya to play host to World Storytelling Day 2022 event

The World Storytelling Day is an annual event celebrated on the northward equinox (on or before 20th March). It is an annual event that aims to celebrate the art of oral storytelling.

This year's event is scheduled to take place at the Intrade Africa Place, on the 19th of March, 2022 in Nairobi, Kenya.

The theme for this year is Lost and Found. The World Storytelling Day 2022 event will feature people of all works and backgrounds gathering together to tell and listen to stories by global citizens for a day and a night.

Participants will share experiences, knowledge and make international contacts.

This year's world storytelling day is being organized by Wangari (the storyteller) and sponsored by the  Goethe-Institut, Nairobi, with support from Goodies African Interiors and Gifts.

Apart from storytelling, great music and art exhibitions are expected, and you'll have the chance to get some of your books signed by notable writers.
